Import a route from Google Maps or a GPX file and check rain, wind and temperature along each section before you leave.

What time should I leave to miss the rain?

You can try the same route at several departure times and keep the one that leaves the rain behind you. What matters is that each point along the way is checked at the time you will actually be there, not at the time you set off: if you leave at nine and reach Zaragoza at twelve, what you see for Zaragoza is the forecast for twelve.

Will it rain anywhere along the way?

The route is split into sections and each one is checked on its own, so a heavy shower at kilometre 80 does not get lost inside the average for the whole trip. The riskiest sections are flagged separately, and not only for rain: wind and gusts are flagged too, and on a motorbike or towing a caravan they weigh as much as the water.

How much fuel do I need, and where should I stop?

Give the consumption and tank size of your car or bike and out come the litres you will burn, what it will cost and where it is worth stopping: stations within 5 km of the route, at the official prices for the day, so the detour does not cost you more than you save.
